GooseDock Policies

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and E-Sign Agreement — governing your use of the GooseDock platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GooseDock platform (the "Platform") — including registering as a Client, Agency, or Vendor — you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all incorporated guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. GooseDock reserves the right to verify any information, suspend, or terminate accounts found to be falsified, fraudulent, or non-compliant with applicable law.

GooseDock is a technology intermediary connecting Clients seeking security services with PSARA-verified Agencies and ancillary Vendors. GooseDock is not a security service provider, employer, or guarantor of any contract executed between Users.

All commission and fee payments must be made via UPI to GooseDock@upi. Both parties must remit their commission share before identity reveal. Once verified by Admin, contact details are disclosed to both parties via email and the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

GooseDock collects, stores, and processes personal data per the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell user data. Data is retained as required for legal, audit, and operational purposes.

12. Confidentiality

Tender details, bid amounts, agency identities, and client identities — until reveal — are strictly confidential. Disclosure to third parties without consent constitutes a material breach.

13. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — design, code, logos, copy — is the exclusive property of GooseDock. Users grant GooseDock a non-exclusive license to display submitted content (vendor logos, listings, etc.) for the purpose of operating the Platform.

14. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available". GooseDock disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GooseDock does not warrant that any Agency or Vendor will perform satisfactorily.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GooseDock's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User to GooseDock in the 3 months preceding the claim. GooseDock shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

All records maintained by GooseDock — including registrations, payments, and click-acceptance logs — shall be considered valid legal evidence in a court of law.

Each registered user is asked to provide a typed digital signature (their full legal name) at registration. The signature, IP address, browser fingerprint, and acceptance timestamp are stored permanently as evidence of valid e-acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
