Refund Policy
Clear, transparent refund terms for every fee you pay on GooseDock — commissions, listings, and overage charges.

2. Tender Posting Fees
Posting tenders on GooseDock is completely free for clients. There is no posting fee, no monthly cap, and no overage charge — clients can publish unlimited security tenders at zero cost.
- No fee charged at any stage of tender posting
- No subscription, no minimum spend, no hidden charges
- The only client-side fee is the optional ₹500 revision fee — applies only if the client cancels after accepting a bid
3. Vendor Listing Fee
The annual vendor listing fee of ₹3,400 grants a vendor a profile on the public Vendor Directory for 12 months from the date of admin approval.
- Non-refundable once the listing goes live
- If admin rejects the listing during review, full refund within 7–10 business days
- If GooseDock removes a listing for policy violation, no refund
- If the platform discontinues vendor directory service entirely, pro-rated refund of unused months
4. Agency Commission
Commission is collected from both Client and Agency before identity reveal — typically 1% (Premium) or 2% (Normal) of contract value.
- Non-refundable after identity reveal is triggered
- Before reveal: if the Agency backs out, the ₹500 backout fee is forfeited and the Agency commission is refunded
- Before reveal: if the Client backs out, the Client's commission is forfeited as a revision fee
- If the deal is voided due to admin/platform error, both commissions are refunded fully
5. Premium Subscription
The annual Agency Premium plan (₹11,500) unlocks unlimited bids, 1% commission, and high-ticket tender access (₹10L+).
- 7-day cooling-off: if you cancel within 7 days of activation and have not used premium-only features, full refund
- After 7 days: pro-rated refund based on unused months, less a ₹500 administration fee
- No refund after 6 months of activation
6. Bid Credit Packs
₹500 per pack of 2 additional bids for Normal plan agencies. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Non-refundable once purchased
- Unused credits expire after 12 months
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
7. Backout & Revision Fees
These are penalty fees designed to discourage bad-faith behavior — they are not refundable:
- Agency Backout (₹500) — charged when an Agency cancels after a Client has accepted their bid
- Client Revision (₹500) — charged when a Client cancels post-acceptance after meeting the Agency
These fees are added to the Agency / Client's account and must be cleared before bidding or posting again.
8. Accidental Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally pay the same fee twice (e.g., UPI delay caused you to retry), email us at info@goosedock.com with:
- Both transaction reference IDs (UPI / bank)
- Date, time, and amount of each payment
- Your registered email and contact phone
Verified duplicates will be refunded to the original UPI / account within 7–10 business days.
9. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@goosedock.com with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Public ID]
- Include: registered email, fee type, transaction ID, amount, date, and reason
- Attach the UPI transaction screenshot (if available)
- Our team reviews within 3 business days and emails you the decision
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved through our refund process, please escalate to our Grievance Officer. We strongly discourage filing chargebacks with your bank without first contacting us — chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension during investigation
- Recovery of disputed amount via legal channels
- Permanent ban for fraudulent chargebacks
11. Refund Method
All refunds are processed to the original payment source:
- UPI payments → refunded to the UPI ID used
- Bank transfers → refunded to the originating bank account
- Card payments (when available) → refunded to the card
Refunds cannot be redirected to a different account, UPI, or wallet.
